Can anyone become a Vape Bot dealer?
Yes, anyone can start their own business and create their own estate of Vape Bot vending machines. But some of the questions you should ask yourself are:
- Do I have the funding in place for the initial stages?
- Am I technically minded enough to be able to identify and resolve any issues with my machines?
- Do I have the time to seek out potential hosts and maintain my estate of machines?
If you can answer “yes” to all of the above, you have a good foundation on which to establish your own estate of Vape Bot vending machines.
Which products can I stock in my machines?
Within reason, you can stock whatever products you wish to within your machines. There are some reasonable limitations as to size, but Vape Bot vending machines are designed to be adjustable to suit different product configurations.
How much does each unit cost?

Are the any limitations on the price I can charge?
The only limitation we place on our dealers is a minimum price which is subject to change with market conditions.
Can I lease or rent a vending machine?
We are not a finance company and do not offer our machines on any kind of installment basis. There are however many equipment finance companies that you can approach to fund your acquisitions, but you will need to make your own enquiries.
How will I get paid for sales through my machines?
Vape Bot offers a cashless-system only. Our standard machine design only accommodates contactless payments. Upon their first order for machines, every dealer must create an account with our merchant processor after which, payments taken through their machines will automatically be credited to their bank account.
Can you install/maintain my machines?
We do not currently offer any installation or maintenance plans for dealers. We expect dealers to have the in-house capabilities to both install and maintain their own estate of machines.
Are there any recurring fees?
There is a small annual fee for the management portal which you will use to maintain your fleet of machines. There is also a transactional charge for each age-verification session, which covers the cost of the age-verification service. Other than this, we charge no other recurring fees to our dealers.
How are the machines managed?
Our remote management tool allows you to monitor the machines within your fleet. By logging on, you will be able to see sales data, machine status, inventory levels as well as being able to remotely make changes to product ranges and advertising.
How do I obtain spare parts?
We keep a good stock of all the spare parts for our range of vending machines. As a dealer, you will be able to purchase parts on an as-needed basis from our UK stock holding.
